Formed in 2004 by Matt Maloney and Mike Evans, its first office was in Chicago. They now have offices in New York and London. In 2013 GrubHub merged with Seamless to become GrubHub inc. In 2014 the company was valued at just over 1 billion dollars and has grown its market share and is currently valued at around 2.4 billion dollars. GrubHub has the largest market share of all online and mobile food ordering companies by a wide margin.

Many Choices: GrubHub has over 30,000 different restaurants in over 800 cities, which means if there is a restaurant in your area that you want to find, you can find it on the app. The app also makes it easy for you to find the restaurant in your area because it uses your current location to find restaurants near you.
Great Memory: GrubHub can remember such information as your credit card information, the places you have ordered from before, and what you have ordered before. So if you have a favorite place, or a favorite food, you can always order it again quickly and easily. Also you don’t have to pull out your credit every time you have to order food.
